The nylon briefs are my favorite, the pouch fits more as expected than the modal material, which I feel fits way larger in the pouch than expected. The nylon material is soft and breathable. I will definitely try others to see what I like best.

With help from the good folks at RM I finally have something comfortable to wear that isn't 2 sizes bigger than what I need, just to fit in the crotch.
Anything else that's made to fit me costs SO much more, and isn't as well made. The XS/D combo is awesome.

I decided to take a chance on the RMAC 0 Inch Modal Thong and I was very happy that I did. This is an excellent product which I highly recommend. First of all The modal material is great! Super soft with a smooth brushed finish that feels great. The stretch is perfect and the thickness of the material is just right ... not to thin but not like a quilt either. If the material is stretched I little you can kind of see your fingers thru it... but in normal mode is not see thru.

The fit is great. If you're looking for true anatomical pouch underwear that doesn't come with a weird hole, these are the ones. The pouch separates the goods from your legs - adjustments are less frequent and I usually forget I have underwear on at all. I love the support up front! The only thing I would change would be to add more fabric in the back. I have complained for years about men's underwear. Either it fits up front and climbs halfway up the back, or it fits in the back and leaves you feeling crushed up-front.
