You have conflicting size information on the pouch size analogies. Baseball softball pickle ball. All good. I started out with Medium C and went to Large C and ordered 1 Large D. Turns out the real commando feel comes with Large D. All the various sizes that I have will all be used but I am waiting on a significant sale to get a few more large Ds.

The best pouch-style briefs on the market. I've tried the Sheath brand with its pocket system — nope! Pocket seam rubs my taint raw. Other styles that have 'wings' never keep the boys in the 'corral' if you do anything more than sit. Real Men stretch to fit pouches and different sizes is simple, and it works.

The modal 7in boxer briefs are amazing! They are much softer than I was expecting. They hold everything in place perfectly. I'm 5'8" 220 lbs and purchased the XL -B. The only downside is I have to pull the back up throughout the day as if there wasn't quite enough material in the back. The v fly is very convenient. I will definitely purchase these again in the future.

The briefs I ordered directly from your site feel very comfortable, I got the B cup for those, and I also ordered the thongs on a C cup from amazon.
I’m pretty average but I think a C cup would’ve been better for the briefs considering I prefer more freedom than keeping things tight down there, blue balls are a almost a daily issue with me.
