My first purchase was with a C pouch, which seemed just a tad too big. This order for the B pouch seemed just a tad too small. The fix is pushing a fist into the pouch to slightly stretch the material in the B pouch. Voila! Perfect fit.

These are the best! The modal material is badass and I wear them for the workouts and for work or going out. Feels like your wearing nothing and with support for the boys. I had gone with the medium first but the small are better fit for the workouts. Great price and you get them dam near the next day.

I have been a big fan of RMAC for a while and I own most of their styles but none with the fly feature so I tried these. I am very glad I did! The The waistband is wide enough so it doesn't curl but not so wide that it is uncomfortable. I am partial to the nylon and the fabric is excellent as usual. The way the pouch is made with the fly gives it a little more stretch which allows for more freedom of movement and easy access. These are quickly becoming my go to style!

Your underwear is really good for men who have inflatable penile implants, be it Prostate cancer or other reasons. As you probably know implants even when deflated do not get much smaller so it makes you the ultimate shower and you have tubes and a pump down there also, so there is a lot of stuff to store in the underwear. I have a Coloplast Titan 28cm implant https://iu.coloplast.us/products/titan-penile-implants/ . The D pouch is ideal for storing all the apparatus (2 tubes piping and a pump)....

They've been great for in office days, or around the house. Pouch is comfortable, they fit well. I do find they tend to ride up when doing more strenuous activities (crouching, lifting, etc) but I'm not surprised by this and it's why I usually buy longer 9" ones, they tend to hold position better, but I still love them otherwise.

Well it took over a year of trying a lot of pouch underwear brands and this is the ultimate one. The ability to pick the size of the pouch has made all the difference. I haven't had good luck with jockstraps in the past. They didn't fit my body shape the right way or the straps were too loose. I have to say these issues are nonexistent with these.
