The pouch fit was great, which has been a source of long term frustration with underwear purchases historically. I'm not sure this was the correct brief style for me or I'm not accustomed to this type of cut with more side exposure. I think I'm going to try more of a traditional brief cut with the more custom pouch sizing.

Really comfortable leggings, I wear these under my motorcycle pants which do two things. One creates a slippery surface to make pulling the motorcycle pants on and the second is it provides a wind barrier as the cooler temps arrive. They are not an armor and they aren't being used as such but they fit well and thats what counts. I went with the D pouch on these to allow a little extra room when seated. I normally wear the C pouch which fits best but no one ever complains about a little extra spa...

First time wearing thongs. After one week of use, I purchased another 3 pack of the modal and a 3 pack of the nylon thongs. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OTHER STYLE OF UNDERWEAR. These are comfortable, the string is not at all noticeable, and the pouch keeps everything in place. My wife loves the look, and I feel they accentuate me when I strike the right poses. I recommend these be hanged to dry, and not in the dryer. I just put them on a felt hanger and let them air dry.

FINALLY. I found what I have been looking for for years!!! This is the perfect thong/g-string for big fellas. I am 300 lb and I need underwear that keeps my stuff in place and away from my legs, and they have delivered. I would give the fabric a B since one of them is a little frayed after a couple washes, but The pouch system and big sizes are literally perfect. My Hanes Total Support Pouch boxer briefs were not reliably performing their designated task, so I tried pouch underwear boxer briefs from five other brands. Of those five (six including Hanes), Real Men was the best, most comfortable, most pleasant to move around in. One behavioral change I needed: put my thighs together before I sit down if I plan on crossing my legs--otherwise the package ends up between my legs and an adjustment is needed.

Hey Gents, I got the three pack of modal fabric. I have a 95% positive review on these. The waist sit and cup fit were great. Of all the pouch/separation underwear I've tried (at least 8 different) these are definitely the best. These actually separated me from the rest of the area. My only criticism may just be a difference in fabric - but a mixed cotton blend to modal was a big shift and I did have the underwear slip down more and weren't staying up as well but it's minor.

These are very comfortable and the fabric feels outstanding. The pouch could be constructed differently but I still give them 5 stars. The pouches on your briefs are perfect. The ones on the briefs are more round and these feel more cylindrical but they do stretch all directions so it works. I wear 2xl in brief and xl in boxer type products, C pouch in both and will continue to be a loyal customer.
