Hi I ordered from Gerrards when I saw an outfit on the afternoon show. One piece came wrong colour. I emailed the customer service and the response was immediate. I got the replacement the next morning and they also refunded the postage to send the wrong item back. I also got a follow up phone call . That defiantly impressed me apart from the fact I loved the pieces I ordered and have ordered more pieces since. They are of great quality and I love the colour's.

I love the trousers from Gerard, I ordered two sizes to see which would fit. I normally go for 10 but thought differently about it this time lol and was right to do so, the size 12 is perfect, love the waistband and how comfortable it is without curling, stays fixed. I took the other size back to shop to return and bought the size 12 in another colour. Easy to wash and iron.

Went to gerards in Douglas, met this lovely sales lady in the shop. There was only one dress left and not the colour I wanted. Inquired if there was other colours. Was told by her that they are gone but could order on line and she proceeded to show me on her laptop and advised me to try the one in the shop on and get an idea of the size. I’m delighted with my recent purchase. They are very good quality and beautifully made. I am very short and even 25 inch legs are too long but the body fits very well. Shortening the trousers is a bit of a nightmare because the stitching is so very well done!! However the end result is worth it!
