Hi, I realised after getting our two key rings without engravings, that I had ordered the wrong items. However, in the message box I described the engravings that I was after. So I wonder why someone from your business didn’t get back to me and enquire if I wanted to pay the extra to have this done? I now would like to know if I can send one back to you for a refund and the other to get the engraving done?
