First of all there was a slight delay in delivery but only like 1 day so it is okay I understand nothing major. We bought Google cards before which have been great for our salons so I am very excited about trying the Instagram card now. Ty mate

Love our new cards in the restaurants and our guest also find it fun to try. They are very curious to know what it is. We had a small issue with the delivery boy delivering to our newest outlet but it’s okay it was quickly rectified by Thomas from the team.

Excellent software system to track real time guest satisfaction. Thought that 20K was a bit high for the software solution, but I have now realized that this tool is invaluable for managing and providing feedback to our staff as situations happen. Again, I want to give a big thanks to Lucas and the rest of the team for being great sports and challenging my belief in terms of value added. You should have charged me 50k instead 😂🤪

Brilliant concept just what we have looked for in our restaurants. A) makes it less embarrassing asking for reviews B) our staff has a tool instead of using paper cards and qr C) restaurant guest think it is a fun gimmick her in Bahrain
