great teddy, fast delivery and looks like what are ordered, the girlfriend loves it!

The product was nice and plush, but unfortunately the music box and lights are not working upon imeediatrly putting batteries in. Customer service responded timely to my initial inquiry to figure out if I am doing something incorrectly but have not been quick to respond to my follow up inquiry to determine if I need to exchange or return the item received.

It is very nice quite soft It has music, breathing sound and light that can be turned off by pressing the button, makes a noise like grinding when making the movement Breathing, as if the seam were very fair and did not allow movement well, it would still be great if the sound could be regular but quite satisfied by the purchase

Good but came a bit small its 30 cm with the ears without the ears its 20cm but its realy cute and soft and it came fast. I loved it!
