I purchased a $525 tile set from Mahj Tile Haus as a gift and was shocked when it arrived in a badly creased, damaged box. For a luxury product at this price point, presentation is part of the experience (especially with the way they market their products). While the tiles themselves are beautiful, customer service was unwilling to make it right. The quality of the product is good, but the packaging and customer service fell far short of what I expected.

Beautiful and wonderful weight. The magnetic attachments are perfect. The only small problem is that the edges at the ends of the racks are very sharp. I scratched the side of my finger on the end where the slanted edge is today while playing. Maybe they should be a little rounded on the corners,
