Great as always! I don't order every week since I do some cooking myself but the more I order, the more I don't want to cook! Lol! The picture attached is to one of my favorite meals they have, a jerk chicken thighs with asparagus. Meals are always seasoned very well with a lot of flavor!

Yet another knock it out of the park order. The picture is of my lunch today which was incredible. A stuffed salmon with zucchini. Seasoning was perfect and I love the fact with this service that there are vegetables with the meals. Other meal services I've used, I've always had to add vegetables or a salad to make it balanced.

I am absolutely in love with these meals and this meal plan. One issue I've had with other plans is they were not balanced and most of the time there were no vegetables included. Macro meal prep is truly a balanced meal and the food is great! This is the one I had today for lunch, stuffed salmon and vegetables. I've never been a big fan of fish but he's made a believer out of me here!

I have always loved macro meals! Very tasty, very filling and very balanced! This is their stuffed salmon. 405 calories, 29 g of protein, 15 g of carbs and 25 g of fat. Particularly they are great for someone like myself who live alone and doesn't want to take the time or bother with doing full-blown meal prep.

I ordered the 7-day juice cleanse from Chris. This is the second time I've done the cleanse, and both times were a long 7 days but totally worth it in the end. I went and saw my primary physician for a physical in the middle of my cleanse and was told that my blood pressure and blood sugar were outstanding. I physically feel great. Would highly recommend.
