The sword is awesome. I couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. I have bought many knives and swords over the years and have paid some hefty prices for many thinking this has to be high quality just to be disappointed. I have to say that if you are looking for that high quality without having to pay an outrageous price, then you won't be disappointed with this sword. I loved it so much I got the new Mutant Spartan Warriors v2 and as the first, very very happy.

Haven’t used this one yet, but i can feel the spring in the blade, despite how thick the spine is. The Handle feels good in XL hands, it’s balanced enough, and the aesthetics are excellent. It’s sharp out of the box and finished nicely in two tone dlc. Glad I picked it up.

Der sogenannte Gehstock kam schnell bei mir an und gefällt mir sehr gut 👍 er lässt sich leicht ausfahren. Er lässt sich schwer einfahren. Aber darum kann man ihn gut als Gehstock benutzen. Natürlich kann man ihn auch als schlagwaffe benutzen. Er ist gut verarbeitet sehr stabil und hochwertig verarbeitet.

I was extremely surprised at the outstanding quality craftsmanship, materials, balance, fitment of the blades furniture, and even the scabbard/Saya is outstanding. No rice mats yet, but pool noddles sliced clean. Balance about 2-3 inches in front of tsuba/hand guard. It is an amazing value for the money.

Multi-generational heirloom class of tool, at very least. Very strong and springy blade. Slammed the edge into some gnarly, knotty cured hardwood several times, very hard; no scuffing, scraping or scratching in the finish whatsoever, and the edge is still in mint condition. Fit, finish and heat treatment have been performed flawlessly. It’s perfect for high end collectors and/or extreme outdoor operator’s.

This is a wonderful sword….very sturdy and beautifully finished! It was nicely sharp - good for a sword edge. The only change I would make is for Box Katana to do a distal taper - make it gradually thinner from base to tip. I think this would shift the balance and make the handling better. But I would absolutely buy this again!

The hardness, and spring in the blade told me heat treatment was very good, as well. Balance was excellent and it came sharp. It was hard to gift away.

Ok yes this blade is great, although I am a Katana fan this one is fun to have. The blade is stainless and semi sharp but would be worthy of a good sharpening. The sheath unscrews and can be attached at the back end of the handle. My one complaint is that it’s heavy, being thick stainless the weight is very noticeable, my suggestion would be aluminum with stainless inserts. 7.5/10
