I'm a racerback tank kinda girl and I actually have a lot of Next Level brand tanks already so I was feeling pretty confident on ordering a small. It's a different blend than my others Next Level brand tanks (it's 60/40 cotton/poly), which actually worked out since it felt like it runs slightly larger. One time in the dryer and it shrunk up perfectly. There is still a little gap in the underarms and sides but I'd be worried the XS would be skin tight. Im 5'2" 120 lbs.
