You could make it clear that a person is paying for a digital copy. I never would have ordered if I had known I wasn’t getting a physical copy. I will never get it read on my phone.

When I ordered the website did not give any indication that the purchase was digital only. I will be unable to use the digital versions that I was sent. Terrible customer experience. After sending my complaint, customer support did send a copy of the Daily Resolve Manual but none of the bonus material- so I still did not receive what I was expecting when I placed my order.

The ordering process was not super clear.. I thought I was ordering a hard copy book. So disappointing. I would like to return this for the actual book. Will you please honor a return? I will email customer service with this request.

I thought I ordered a hard copy book for my wife. I was sent the Digital copy. I sent several emails and never received a response. She had issues downloading it. I Do Not Recommend.

Never received any of the bonus items. Charged 2 times. Only received one physical copy of one book. What was the other charge for? Refund issued? This is a very dishonest organization. I would advise anyone to beware.

I ordered this thinkinking I was getting the actual book, not one to download. I've only read the first chapter so far. I forget about reading it. I prefer an actual book, but it's my fault for not reading exactly what I ordered.

DO NOT ORDER I never received my physical copy. I was told I ordered the online version. And after checking I did not. I am sure this is a SCAM. Do NOT ORDER And now after not receiving the book after promised I would. I was REFUSED a REFUND!

I believed for some odd reason- maybe bc of PICTURES, this was a book! One I could read bookmark, highlight.. For this kind of important information, it would’ve been priceless, not to mention so helpful to be able to refer back to exact spots in the book. It’s ALL digital. I find that the advertisement was misleading. Sure, one can print it, but then I have all curled up papers. I would not have bought this, had the company been more transparent.

I ordered the set for older women, but find it to be negative. I am not disenfranchised. I ordered it mainly to pray for a prodigal son. In the meantime, I notice another bundle for that exact thing. Any way to exchange??? Thank you!

$60 is quite the price tag for a 152 page paperback book, less than an inch thick. I tried to make a return,.only to be told they can't issue a refund after the product has been delivered, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. How would anyone. Know they want to return it before receiving it? Definitely not what I expected or hoped for.

It was not what I was looking for. I was not having issues with being phased out. I phased myself out. I got hooked on the testimony of the lady not knowing how to prays for adult children...and as far as I read...that was NOT the content. So I got bored and did not like it
