The information provides is excellent

I was expecting an actual book so was disappointed when I got an email to download. Haven’t gotten into it as I don’t have the time to sit at a computer and read it. A book I could have taken with me to work, the park, vacation, etc.

I thought I was paying for books! Your website is unclear. I would not have purchased down loads. I need a book to read. I feel almost like I was scammed.

Easy to read! Simple guidelines to follow!

First of all, the original ad showed a thick, hardbacked book. I got a thin paperback book. I was going back and forth before it even shipped with someone about wanting to cancel my order but conveniently, the next morning it had suddenly been shipped and I was told they couldn't cancel after it shipped. I was refunded the extra $31.00 that I was charged from unclear ordering instructions. Now I want to return the book and get my money back but no one has told me how.

Glad get it but haven’t read yet. Don’t sent any more books will order if I want them! Thanks

I feel you were deceptive in your advertising. I never meant to sign up for ongoing payments and I certainly thought I was getting the books. I will not read any of them because you deceptive and there’s no way I could trust you to teach me spiritual things.

Came in the mail as expected. Everything was great.

This has helped me become more consistent and bolder with my prayers. The suggested templates help organize my thoughts.

I have enjoyed it

I believed when I ordered the series I was getting physical copies. I got downloads I had to print and had to pay more dollars for one book. It has arrived and I have begun to look it over. Please make the ordering more clear on selecting physical copies over downloads.

I have only read the first 10 pages. It is very interesting so far.

It's deceptive that you don't disclose this is an e-copy only and show a hard cover book and then promote for a few $$ more you can have a hard copy shipped. Shame on you.

While the materials I've received are valuable, I find a lot of what's in them is nor necessarily applicable to me. I am a widow and I've never had children, nor do I have siblings and living parents. That said, I can adapt what I have to my situation.

They were very accommodating

I notified Customer service that I was disappointed with digital. If I had known this was digital I would never have bought it and won't use it. She said she would check with her manager about a refund and haven't heard anything since. Definitely nothing about a refund.

I have already emailed you twice. The first one wouldn't go because it wouldn't verify that I am a human. I was never interested in the digital resources, but I couldn't figure out how to get the physical book and the digital ended up ordered before I found the physical copy and then I couldn't figure out how to cancel that portion.
