The customer service was brilliant. I order the hat as a present for my wife’s birthday . It has been a few weeks and coming closer to her birthday. I looked at the tracking and said it been delivered but I was in all that day and received nothing. I emailed customer to inform them. They emailed me same day and sent out a replacement with 24hours to arrive on time for her birthday. The hat is amazing quality and would highly recommend my wife loves her hat.

I love this jumper the only thing I would add is that it’s quite short in length I’d rather it was a couple of inches longer in the body - I tuck in the front to disguise this so it’s fine but slightly longer in the body would make it perfect!
