It's been a few days since I made the Birria, so I don't have any pictures to show. But that doesn't take away from how delicious the Birria is. I bought a 1 lb chuck roast that I cut into large cubes and then put a nice sear on them using the instapot. 4 cups of water, 1 Birria bomb, 1 hour on a high pressure cook later and I was making Birria tacos. I can’t believe how good this is! I did add an extra cup of water, a bottle of Guinness, and a half cup of fire roasted tomatoes to the recipe. Once it was cooked, I added the cooked ramen noodles, some bok choy, Napa cabbage and thinly sliced onion. It was terrific! I had had birria ramen at a brewery in San Clemente, CA and this was definitely as good as what I had there. I’ve told several people about it. This is my third order of BB’s. My whole family loves how the tacos turn out and they can’t be any easier to make then with a bath bomb for your meat. I cut up a three pound chuck roast throw the bomb in with chicken stock and beef and slow cook in a crock pot for 8 hours.

Absolutely LOVED these Birria bombs!! Flavorful and so easy to use!! I got a lot of compliments saying it tasted like it was from a restaurant. I used chuck roast and cut it up and seared them before putting in a crock pot. The Birria bomb package calls for 4 cups of water, I used 2 cups or water and 2 cups of beef broth. Added 1 Birria bomb and cooked on low for 8 hours in the crockpot. Meat was so tender and delicious! Will definitely be a forever customer.

The flavor of these was excellent! But I made a mistake. I added twice the recommended water because I like to use the consume to cook with.
