The taste was good, for 3 days... I know you're supposed to be aware that sea moss does 'expire' pretty quickly. But not in three days, cmon. It got really bitter and off-tasting, like expired milk sorta vibe. If you're going to purchase, just keep this in mind when going for the 750ml. BUT I don't think the sea moss itself goes off, so if u can throw it in a shake or just firm it - go for it. Benefits: The skin is looking a lot better, and energy levels are definitely up there.
