My first bracelet arrived in a knotted mess and I had to wait for them to send replacement. Luckily, the replacement came in different packaging so it arrived in good condition. After wearing it for about a week, the gold chain broke. I now have it at a local jeweler seeing if they’re able to fix it and make it stronger. Overall, while it is a pretty bracelet, I would not recommend.
