This is a very elegant and pretty watch but I am not impressed with the watch strap which is stiff and heavy. I really think that a smooth, soft leather strap would really improve the look and feel of the watch. It keeps accurate time. I will have to visit my favorite jewelry store to replace the strap, which is an irritant being that the watch was not inexpensive!

The watch is fantastic the quality too, but what was missing for me is that with the watch doesn’t came certificate for the lab grown diamonds and that the watch doesn’t have a guick release springbars for the easy change of the strap.

Love the Timeless watches!! Beautiful and comfortable to wear. I struggle with removing links with these watches, and usually take them to a jewelry store/watch repair to adjust them. The light blue is nice, but I was hoping it was a little more blue, as it tends toward light grey/blue.

Ordered 2 watches , ea in a different face color. They look like the pictures. Nicely made..i took 1 star off due to the lengthy wait time.. originally ordered in early Dec at which time confirmation said 2 weeks for delivery.. took 5 weeks to arrive. They did reply " their coming late" to my emails . But packaging was very good . So far watches keeping good time.

The watch is as unique and eye catching as it is online. The only drawback from a 5-star review is the band. The clasp is very long and prevents the watch from sitting comfortably on my wrist. If it were shorter it would be enjoyed more for sure.

The watch is crafted great. The diamonds are great. The gold on the dual tone is only on top and silver on the side of it giving it the only flaw. Also instructions to take the back off for battery replacement would be nice.

The interior is more red than maroon it looked darker on the pics. But its nice. The only issue is the shipment I kept on receiving emails that it will be shipped late which stressed me out but I got it eventually.

The only issue i have and still have is that once the links were removed the watch was still to big. I watched a video that was sent to me how to further adjust the band, due to the fact that as you take the links out the band get thicker i finally managed to clip the band into the adjusted clip but it popped out.
