I have ordered 4 of these necklaces in memory of my grandfather now- the other three have been flawless so perfect with fingerprint on one side and PERSONALIZED handwriting on the other. I was nervous to splurge on the real gold one but had great luck with communication from the company- I got my over $300 necklace and the writing is obviously not the personalized writing of my grandpa but the demo font- i would love to rectify it but haven’t heard from the company. It’s now october 1st tomorrow...
