A great product, very appealing, just came in nothing protective, just the envelope which appears very cheap & the cards got bent. Could definitely do with being presented in a little gift bag or box.

I'm happy with this bracelet, but my original order was for two bracelets two different animals and that is not what I received in the mail, when I contacted them by email that's the only way they show you a contact I received an email back that did not even address the issue instead they sent me a card with an animal's information for bracelets I did not even have because they never sent it, I have tried to email them again so they could rectify this situation and they have not responded

I love the bracelets but two of my bracelets are the exact same animal. My daughter and I got dolphin bracelets for each other and both are the same name and tracking info, I was hoping that we would have different. I got two sea turtles for my nieces and they were different. I’m a little bummed we got the same one but overall we love our animals!

The turtle was more brown than blue which I don't like. The cord broke after a small tug at work. Had 2 on at work and it snagged on a box and they both broke immediately.

Bracelet are nice , I got them to give as gifts but received wrong bracelet for one of them. Missing my elephant but got the elephant card. Hopefully they fix the problem! If issue is resolved quickly I will change to 5 stars. Giving 4 stars because my order is wrong.

It's a pretty bracelet. But it isn't a tracking bracelet as advertised. The tracking is done by scanning a bar code on a supplied postcard. It's misleading to call them tracking bracelets. Basically, you're buying a QR code that comes with a bracelet.

I bought this as a Christmas gift. Delivery and product was great! The online issue was the person who received the gift had to download different QR readers to finally activate the sea turtle tracker. I would definitely recommend this product to someone else. Thank you!
