We bought this as a wedding gift for our sister- in- law's 2nd marriage...she received it within a week ,and hung it up immediately...said she loves it ..it arrived in perfect condition...the only issue is she had no idea who had sent it..no where on website order form could you put a "gift message" ..Hopefully any paperwork that went with it did not have price on it...this is something the seller should look into.

Love the product, would’ve rated it with 5 stars if it weren’t for the shoddy packaging. The letter had broken through the corner of the packaging and the letter had a slight dent and scratch because of it. A little black touch up and no one can see it on the wall. Great gift. Will probably buy again.

Although Precision Metal Art shipped the item as promised there was a delay with the shipping company (USPS). Unfortunately this is becoming more and more common.
