They also have such great Customer Service to where I contacted them about a slight issue with the paint/coating chipped away in a couple spots and they COMPLETELY REPLACED and recreated the same sign and sent it back to me at NO CHARGE. Had been admiring the split initial design for some time. Purchased one for each of our retiring pastors and they absolutely loved them. Ordered in mid December but took 2 months for delivery so don't order if you need it right away. I'm pleased with the 3 that I ordered but since they were for gifts, was a little embarrassed at how long it took to get them to the recipients. One was bent a little. This was a gift for my husband and he loved it. It's really pretty and I love the intricate design. However, it was bent in several places, but was not destroyed. But, It could have been worse. It came in a thick cardboard package that was similar to a large envelope. Packaged well, but not well enough for the Post Office not to bend it in places. But overall, great job Precision Metal Art!
