The cinnamon roll pancake mix has to be one of the best pancakes I've ever had. I previously used Bisquick, and this is so much better and more flavorful, and not heavy and dense.

First and foremost, this pancake mix does not top my own homemade pancakes, I will not admit that, but it is insanely good. This is no ordinary boxed pancake mix. You cannot find anything this good at your grocery store. It's so cakey, fluffy, and tasty! I've never had pancakes this good in my life! uh...erm...my own homemade pancakes are pretty good I guess...um....yeah, anyway, it seems expensive, but it's definitely worth the price. Trust me. Try it once and you'll be hooked.

My very favorite pancakes are Cousin T’s Cinnamon Bun. I eat them without syrup because they’re sweet and yummy plain. My husband insists on pure maple syrup. Either way, we love ‘em.

Really simple to make and a nice change from traditional pancakes. Pleasant, light cinnamon flavor. We're usually die-hard real maple syrup fans, but the glaze recipe for these pancakes is the perfect thing for these cinnamon roll pancakes!

This is a VERY tasty pancake mix. I made the recipe that calls for adding brown sugar, and found it to be a little too sweet. I'll either make it with half the brown sugar it calls for or without adding any brown sugar at all. Either way, these are delicious, fluffy pancakes that make breakfast very special. We love them!

I love cinnamon in anything and the flavor really comes out in these pancakes. They are delicious. The glaze tips them off really nice. And like the rest of your pancakes they freeze well.
