Glacelis customer service is incredible! My first print came in with the wrong hairstyle for me and wrong color for mom, so they sent me the 2nd correct print free of charge and very promptly! I ordered a print for my mom for Mother's Day and she loved it! It was so easy to personalize each character in the design and there were enough choices to make them really look like us. (The only problem was that I have pink highlights in my hair and there wasn't a pink hair choice :) ) I already told my husband that I want my own family print for Christmas, that I would do all of the work, all he'd have to do is press buy.

However, I was disappointed that it was guaranteed to be delivered on or before Mother’s Day and even with ordering 2 weeks in advance, it wasn’t shipped until the day before Mother’s Day so it ended up arriving 3 days late.
