I got 10 pairs of the white inserts and used them in mostly 1's, 3's and 4's. The best results I've seen are in my dunks and my 1's. They've done wonders for a pair of bred toes and chicagos that have been well-worn and the toeboxes were starting to look a bit lumpy. I also suspect they'll help prevent my gold toe patent leather joints from having them funny lookin bumps that happen if they worn extra. They work best in shoes with lower profile toeboxes.
