I was experimenting with my cast iron griddle and your blueberry and cinnamon mixes, so I went by the quick directions. I used some butter on the griddle and got to work. These are the best pancakes I have ever made! Light and fluffy, slightly chewy, and crispy around the edges, I had to taste immediately, so I poured some maple syrup in a little bowl and tore off a piece to dunk. I love the consistency of this syrup, not too thick like some "maple flavored" varieties but not watery like some 10...

I decided to make waffles with the Cousin T buttermilk pancake mix. The flavor is really good and the Maple syrup has a nice flavor to it.
The downside to this is it's made for pancakes and not for waffles even though I was told we could use the same recipe.
The batter was too thin for waffles, but I'm sure they make great pancakes.
Overall, I'd give them a 5 star for outstanding flavor 😋 and I would definitely buy again.

After I got my order, I grabbed my mixing bowl and started making these Cousin T pancakes. I wanted to use all fresh ingredients and I added and egg, almond milk to the mix. After wisking it together, I poured it into my skillet and - well I'm not the best cook but I finally got the timing and proportions down and now I am making perfect cakes every time!! Taste like how pancakes should, as if you made them at home instead of generic box mix. Syrup was the part that stood out the most. The difference between pure maple and just store generic is significant. About the maple syrup … I have never liked pure maple syrup because it’s just too just sweet. However, Terrence’s maple syrup is so delicious with just the right amount of sweetness.

These are the lightest, fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever made. Have used many varieties of mix, everything from Williams Sonoma to Krusteaz to King Arthur to original Aunt Jemima, and these top them all. Even the easy mix of pancake mix & milk or water tastes great, and the “gourmet” variety with milk, eggs, oil or butter & vanilla puts it over the top. The maple syrup is the perfect complement to a hit, buttery stack of these cakes!!

I love the pancakes and the maple syrup. I like to put the butter and syrup on the plate first and microwave it till the butter melts and the syrup is hot. Then add the hot pancakes right off the griddle to the plate of melted butter and syrup. Everything from plate to pancakes stays nice and hot longer.

Love, love, LOVE all of Cousin T’s pancake mixes and the pure maple syrup is the perfect compliment to the pancakes. Cousin T’s is not a goopy corn syrup mix but 100% pure maple syrup! Costs a bit more than some brands but truly worth every penny! Looking forward to trying the cornbread mix…I just know it’s going to be delicious!
