I am very old school. So I did not count on one approach. I added the stack to add a number of dietary needs to get lean, but stay healthy. I there! Yeah as low as my fat percentage is; the mirror tells another story. So adding the stack to my program helped. I am not finished using the product. Sill at my age and weight, to go below 9%. Is a whole new frontier. You get a 👍

Just in my first week, I can feel and see a difference. Was going to wait til I’m 2 to 3 weeks in to give an accurate review. So far so good. I’m 51 still trying to figure out what my goals are. I’m a LEO where I’m not getting younger but all my coworkers are lol. I definitely want to keep pace with them. I just got back to the gym 4 months before COVID hit (been 25 years) lost 25 pounds starting feel good about myself. Was at 220 now 195 and would like to get down another 10.

My initial purchase was not to get ripped or gain massive amounts of muscle, it was to help with the down side of low T. My levels when checked by my endocrinologist was almost below the 300 level. There is such a wide range in what is called the normal range that your doctor wont do anything until it hits bottom which it did.
