The boots are well made and there is no break in period to speak of. They are a bit difficult to clasp as the leather is super soft and the clasps are a little further to the side of the boot. I bought my boots a size up from my normal size and am glad I did. Our recent trip to Yosemite garnered a few inquiries about the boots and I was happy to oblige with the Web Site. All in all, I am quite happy with the purchase.

The shoes went for about a month. Quality, size and appearance correspond to the description. The shoes are strong, nadistic. you can wear in the dark weather, the leg does not sweat (without fur). I'm happy with the purchase, I advise the producer!

The only problem I have is with the straps, that will be the first thing that breaks, the rest of the boot seems to be built like a tank. So why slap on substandard buckles that are a complete & total pain in the arse to get the "needle" into the pinhole available. It's hard to see around everything so you're flying blind looking for that gloryhole!! But that's the weakest aspect (so far) that immediately makes it's presence known. All good on the boots but did not get the free badass side bag and no returns on calls or email from them 2week later still no word from them.

I like the style and they're comfortable once I'm able to get them buckled. The buckles are very hard to get to, and the straps are too short to buckle comfortably. The style is good but maybe a zipper on the inside of the shaft would be more convenient.
