Getting the product was an awful experience. Had to post on Facebook how bad communication was about not getting notifications of the status of the product. Turns out it shipped from China which slowed everything down. I won't order anything if it has to ship from China. Too risky -may or may not ever get the product. Management can do a better job of notifying customers where their product is instead of the customer having to continue to inquire. Bad for business. Won't be ordering fr...
