Ordered a trial kit on Sunday evening. Came in as I was walking out the door Wednesday. I scooped it up and took it to work. My first three clients were late so I stuck the can in, let it melt, waxed all three, and ordered a case. I am AMAZED what a difference a good quality product can make. Can’t tell this story enough.

I’ve been waxing for 5 years and used all kinds of wax out there. Mermaid wax truly blew me away the first time I used it. It absolutely lives up to the hype!! I can make the thinnest strips and lay multiple thin strips and it pick up every single hair!! Without breaking!! That in my opinion is the most important aspect of a good hard wax! I just placed a big order and can’t wait to receive it!!

I ordered the sampler and have tried both the Pro and Signature and I actually prefer the Signature. My experience was that the Pro was too "stringy" and the Signature Series does just as good a job. It allows me to lay multiple strips without chasing strings and is effective at removing even the finest of hairs.

Sirena and electra are the same thing I love them both. I wasn't a fan of the pro series it dried too fast. You have to be a really fast waxer to use that one.

I feel like it took fewer strips of Electra on my underarms to get the same result as the previous wax I was using. I've only ever used a honey based wax and thought I loved it, most of the time, but then I came across the site for mermaid wax and thought I'd test it out and it's AMAZING!! It grabs almost all of the hairs, if not all, in one pull, it actually didn't break or chip up, it's not stringy and messy, and I'm in love and can't wait to start using it on clients instead of just fanily and friends!

I did this armpit wax on myself and it's the best I've ever had because of Mermaid! I love how it works on fine and coarse hair. I was skeptical about it with upper lip and brow waxing but it took everything up! I love it!

With all the hype on social media about these wax I already had high expectations but also being a student comparing to what we use at school was what would determine the quality, but boy was I excited when they came in I got straight to it and waxed my legs and armpits and the quality of this wax is mind blowing and just amazing that I will never buy any other wax ever again!

I love Mermaid Wax. I've only used Poseidon professional but, I know I'll love the signature wax just as much as the professional. This wax is the fastest drying, thinnest laying wax I have ever used. It really only takes about 3 seconds to dry. It is pliable and grips every hair. It's also very pretty and shimmery but, non-irritating to the skin.

By far the best wax I've ever used, I am a Licensed Esthetician & have dabbled in quite a few wax brands searching for the best & Finally I've hit the jackpot! The formula is not only gorgeous, but spreads beautifully over large areas. No wax is completely painless but this is certainly comfort wax. I purchased the sample trio & so far have only tried the beautiful blue beads but I'm certain that each formula is just as wonderful. Im looking forward to ordering in bulk!

Shipping was super fast! I absolutely love this product. I was nervous because I'm still very new and the price was high (only because I bought the 5 pound sampler), but still cheaper than any other company I was looking at! I had also heard some people having trouble learning to use it, but it took me 1 client and I had it down! it is so easy to use, it melts down so nicely and it spreads so well! definitely my favorite wax and I won't be using anything else from now on!

Unfortunately, my spa has been shut down for months due to covid, but I have used the wax on myself and loved the ease of use and results. The consistency is fabulous. Sad... that I have to look forward to my own hair growing back in so I can use it again. I wish I could re-open my business and really test it out on clients.

I started looking for another wax to use in my salon after I ripped the skin off my top lip using soft wax, and I promise you I haven't found anything about this Mermaid Wax that I don't absolutely LOVE! I'm also a cosmetologist that specializes in custom color, so the fact that I can mix the colors together and make really cool colors with glitter is just a bonus. First off, customer service and shipping were stellar! I live on Maui, which means shipping usually takes longer, I ordered the sampler late on a Thursday evening and received my package the following Tuesday! I emailed with a couple questions and confirming my licensure and got a reply just about an hour later! As far as the wax goes, I am in love with it, amazing consistency, easy application, you can actually leave a strip on for as long as you like and still come back to it without breaking....
