I'm not sure if its a learning curve from other waxes but this one just doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried all three and just doesn't impress me. I really want to ike it after spending allmost $300. I really hope I'm using it wrong and its a fantastic product.

I made an order about 2 weeks ago and let them know that I never received my package and assumed it got lost .. I then attempted to contact customer service to see what I can do and they told me to give them my license number in which I didn’t know I needed to be a certified person to buy this wax . Either way if I am or I’m not I should be helped because I payed for my wax. Horrible customer service .
