It did not come with directions to fold it up and is slightly complicated to do so. Also it is a little 'limp' making it hard to find items inside. A clip for a key would be nice.

I like everything about this bag except that it needs a laptop sleeve and a slightly longer shoulder drop. Other than that its PERFECT!
