Great bit of kit, very well designed and built fitted onto my 2002 WG 4.7 H.O. with no problems at all. Bash was amazingly helpfull and promised it would fit the Britsh Jeep and he was good as his word.

This is an incredible product. The Sandwich Plates make it very easy to install. The hardest part of the installation was removing the old Roadmaster Towbar bracket from the previous owner. I love how solid it feels!
Thank you for selling this as bare metal. I chose a "Heavy Silver" powder coat finish which allows the tow bar to stand out.

I have not gone on the trail or needed to use it on the trail yet, but at some point I definitely will, and I am glad that I have it.
1- It fits my needs.
2- For the trail, it is a good choice and one of the more necessary upgrades for a stock Jeep Grand Cherokee, (Laredo), WJ because, for me, it is much more affordable in comparison to a heavy-duty bumper/winch-mount, combo. etc. and it weighs a lot less, particularly being able to use it for a removable winch that can be stored in the garage...

Fairly straightforward installation. I struggled with both back factory holes. I was not able to use the supplied bolts as the holes did not quite line up so used some smaller bolts that i had around. Not sure if it was the frame tweaked or the hitch itself.
Works awesome and met all my expectations. Highly recommend.

Thought I would share a picture with the winch mounted. Receiver is extremely well made and durable. I daily drive the Jeep with the winch removed and install it for trail use. The receiver is high in front and hasn’t compromised approach angle on the trail. I have used the recovery tabs and receiver multiple times and it shows no wear or tear at all after a year of use.

Bolted in with no issues. This thing is beefy! Provides a much needed recovery point to the front of my WJ while keeping the approach angle high.

The Front Tow Hitch Receiver (w/Shackle Tabs) for our WK arrive quickly and without a scratch. My 16 year old daughter and I installed it together with no problems. She admitted she was worried it would be 'ugly', but liked it once installed, and even more so when we slid our receiver winch cradle into it. We haven't had to use it yet, but are glad we have it just in case.

Very nicely built. Stress free install. Clean way to install a removable winch and/or tow bar. Put a hitch drop in the receiver for boat launching and trailer maneuvering. Added considerable strength to the front frame, as well as protection for bottom of AC condenser and radiator. I bought it primarily for the recovery tabs, got a whole lot more. Got a lot of positive feedback at overland west. I love my WJ, and was very happy to find this option. Thanks HK off-road

Easy enough install. Painted it gloss black, cut small notches in sides of bumper vertical slats and it sits far enough forward for access to the locking pin.

Watched the video, looked to easy to be true. But sure enough a bunch of plastic plugs, 3 bolt in the bottom of bumper and 1 on each side into fender and it was all off. opened the frame caps-1 bolt each...and undid the factory bolts for the recovery hooks. I was amazed it was exactly like Bash said...easy. And to be honest I have not done much wrenching in the last 20 years due to living in Strata. Having said that I took my time and install was a snap...took me 2 hrs (worked on the driveway an...

The install went very well and the product fits like a glove. Tucks up very nice and is rock solid. My buddies like the look and we all have the basic same setup on the front of our WJ's (being front receiver and recovery points). We use a removable winch system so we can recover from either the front or the rear of our Jeeps.
My wife likes how it tucks up on the front. "That's all good".
