This book is amazing…so uplifting especially during a difficult time.

It’s full of pages with one to three sentences. Semi-insightful. I’m not saying this to be rude or discredit the author but it’s generic and unoriginal. One of the one liner pages she tell you to stop sharing your problems with people who don’t have solutions. But, in my opinion, venting to a trusted friend is healthy and ok. Idk
