This pre has yohimbine in it. The taste is a ok, but as far as pump and for cutting this is the stuff. I’ve been dieting for about 4 months bought this product to help me get over a plateau and it works. Mind you this product will work perfectly if you diet while using it. When I take this on a fast I get the best pump and love my results. Was a steel for what I paid for it.

Took Gnar Pump House Music on my way to the gym. Got stuck in traffic. Once the Gnar Pump kicked in I was able to Overhead Press my car and walk it the rest of the way to the gym on the side of the road. Works as well as others. Looks like same ingredients as others. Only negative is the horrible taste, and it even burns somehow. I just take a chewable vitamin C which tastes like sweet tarts after to get rid of the taste

So far so good, gives a good overall pump. Didn't get the tingle I usually look for in a Pre workout and made me a little jittery on an empty stomach. But on the flip lost my virginity that night again and look mega swoll. So overall i dig it. Adding 5gs of creatine and 1g of phenibut kicks it up a notch. Cheers Alex
