As i said in the email I sent to you, I am thoroughly discusted with the download of the journal, which is of no value to me --- and to think that it is over 400 pages just boggles my mind--as I said in the email, you should be forthcoming in letting a customer that this is a download --- I mean, REALLY, paying $19.95, and then having to print it out, using over 400 pieces of paper, plus the ink needed---you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! I will think twice before I order anything from you...
