I was a little surpised at the size. I wish I had ordered a bigger one. My fault. The other thing is that it was hard to read our last name. Unless there was white behind it, it was impossible to decipher the name. I knew the name and couldn't see it. I think a more simple font might be easier to read. That will definitely determine where my son will hang it. He has a wrought iron fence I was hoping he could put it on, but it would be impossible to read there. Other than that, it was ...

The quality of the product is nice and as represented, but communications re delivery were inaccurate and distressing because they made it appear that the item would not arrive in time for Christmas, although it was ordered well in advance. That's an area you could improve on: why needlessly upset customers?

I misspelled the name of the gift-ees, and despite trying to catch it before it was made, it was crafted with the mis-spelled name. So it's not getting a full star review , because of that mistake. I plan to re-order since it is something I think they will enjoy ...just not with the name spelled wrong.
