My son-in-law was almost speechless when he opened the box. His eyes lit up and started to decide where he was going to display his monogram. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship that went into this product. I was also thankful that I received what I ordered. This was early Christmas shopping as I saw how long it could possibly take to receive an order during busy times like the holidays. I had expected it to be six weeks or so before I received the order per the reviews I read online, so I was really shocked and pleased when I had them within about two weeks. I also ordered one as a wedding gift for a special couple who will be married in August. I haven't presented any of my gifts yet so I have been unable to hear the "oohs and awws" I'm expecting....

This picture doesn’t do it justice. The wall art is beautiful and my husband was extremely impressed with the quality. This isn’t a cheap thin piece of aluminum…it’s durable and was better than expected! Found out it is a Veteran owned business after I received my order. Happy with the product not happy with the cost I place the order I received the wrong order an assumption was made by steel roots instead of confirming with me and I was still charged for the incorrect item I purchased this was not the first one I had purchased so felt as though steel roots could’ve been a little more understanding with regards to return and also discount to have it replaced with the correct order

Absolutely amazing product. I ordered the split monogram for my son’s Birthday and he loved it. I would definitely recommend Steel Roots to anyone considering buying a product from them. If ordering for a special occasion ( Birthday, Anniversary etc.) I would recommend ordering a month in advance as they are a small business. Well with the wait though.

I ordered this for my boyfriend right after he asked me to marry him. I gave it to him for Christmas. My only complaint is the customer service I received. I emailed to get the status and the response was rather rude. But after that, the package arrived sooner than they indicated to me. Still doesn't justify them being rude to me though.
