So far I love it, easy to add batteries, and working great! Only gave it 4 stars because have not fully used it yet. Concert is in 2 weeks! It came in time and customer service was wonderful with questions I had. Very pleased so far!

Arrived quicker than I expected (about two weeks - I live in the US) But the box looked like it had been previously opened. There was an extra layer of foam paper around the product inside the box (not sure it was supposed to be in there) and a small scuff on the clear dome of the light stick. The fact that the product had already been opened really sketched me out and I'm a bit worried its not legit because of that, but it serves its purpose. Experience on shipping went smoothly. I live in Houston, Tx and it went pretty quick. The box did come a little damage which is expected from a long route. The only upsetting thing was that my light stick does look a little scratch around the clear sphere. It’s not huge but it’s something as a fan of the group you want great condition items. Other than that for sure i will order again from the shop!
