Love my new ice bath, can’t believe how great I feel afterwards!!! Having a 15 minute session after a massive workout seems to make my recovery time shrink to nothing. I’m fairly big, 6ft 3” and can fit in it ok. Was buying ice as ice trays no where near enough, but bought a small chest freezer and now I make my own ice and is much cheaper. If you’re thinking about getting one, do it!! When you first get in it’s a bit of a shock, but is really calming within about 15 seconds .

Bought it for my 20yr old son as he uses it as part of his fitness training. He loves it can’t recommend enough very easy set up. Ice cube trays are useless they just buy bags of ice would be great if it came with an ice making machine 🙌🏻

I have been using this sauna tent regularly since I got it, and it's fantastic! The simple setup and user-friendly design are a plus. I love that there is ample room to sit (on a stool) and stand. I definitely regret not getting one sooner!

Absolutely best thing I've ever purchased! My husband and I love it and have used it every couple of days since we received it a couple of weeks ago. I'm blown away by how relaxing and healing it is.
