This stuff helps SO MUCH! My goal is to lose some weight but my hunger and cravings worked against me and found myself snacking in the afternoon. Now I don't do that at all. Easily swallowed capsules. I am pre diabetic and I hope that these capsules will keep me that way as I do like the occasional chocolate bar😀 So my increasing weight has been a problem as well over the years. However the other day my daughter said I looked as though I had lost weight😀 I will need to start weighing myself in the future to find out if I am loosing weight.

One of my friend gave it to me to try on it and Capsules are great! Really helps take the edge of your appetite. I feel full sooner! I lost 6 kg in a month. Having thyroid issues I look for solutions to keep my blood sugar low and to avoid any spikes. Thyroid under-function also makes it harder to lose weight and you’re tired all the time.
