They sent me the wrong item but the item they sent me looked very similar and I can see the mistake happening easily. They got back to my Email very quickly and overnighted the correct item. They also let me keep the original item so win win. I wil be doing business with them again.

Let's start with it was mailed out a week after I sent a message it's not been shipped. After two different excuses why it's late. Someone offered me a 15 dollar gift card for the mix-up. I then used it for a CO2 bag after 4 days of it not being mailed I cancelled that order. As for the ph pen it's very nice and worth buying.
