Its easy to use. It sure hasn't hurt my plants but I also can't tell if it's helping them in any way. My plants were already looking amazing when I started using this so it'll take more time to tell if this was worth using. My last grow was done without any form of sugars and it turned out about as good as it gets but I thought I'd give this a try anyways. Other people use bud sweetners and other forms of sugars so I'm just following along to see for myself.
