My new Ergoal chair arrived ahead of the estimated time. Installation was very simple and took about 20 minutes for me. The tool provided made screwing in the hex bolts very simple - not the usual small Alan wrench you usually get. This had a handle and worked quite well. Most comfortable chair ever! I'm a day trader and usually sit for a long period of time. It's been hard to do with old uncomfortable chair. Got it on time. Put together in a flash. Solid chair. I'm 6'1" 235, so just right for my height on highest level. Wide cushioned seat is firmish, but comfortable. Definitely not squishy. Adjustments to 'leaning back' tension are good. Quiet too. I record audiobooks for a living, so I need a comfortable, QUIET chair. Bingo. I've got it now.
