My wife has been complaining about her hair being dry in our new house. So I installed this without telling her. She just said. Did you do something to the water? Why? She said because my hair isn't as dry any more. Hmm. I am a believer.

We installed our water conditioner 5 or 6 weeks ago and have definitely noticed a difference in the lime scale build up. By now we usually have some on our shower head. There is none so I guess the product works as described. We are happy with it.

I would like to see what it will do in using it longer but it's definitely improved the hot water since installing it on water inlet to tankless water heater, I ordered another one to be put on the water supply to the house.
