As my first since childhood, this was great for these reasons. 1. It was rolled (I found later, folded canvas can't be unfolded (iron, etc.) 2. It had 24 colors (a lot) 3. It encouraged me to try again with this experience which included: 3a restrict the first phase to paint only small pieces. 3b Start with smallest brush 3c Water down pain (it comes a bit dry, so three drips of water solves the difficulty of coverage to cover the canvas.) 4.
