I have medical conditions that cause poor posture and this has helped so much. I tried three other spine supports but this one was the best. It’s more of a reminder to keep your shoulders back because you can still slouch if you try. I was pleased.

WORTH IT! I wish I bought this years ago. It's comfortable and adjustable. Just gently holds your shoulders back in place. There's an immediate difference and I can feel it. It works!
