I have very painful heel spurs and these have helped a lot. Until getting these I really found nothing to help at all.

I had quite a lot of heel pain when walking any distances. Having the Heel Cups in my walking boots has stopped the pain, and my feet are much more comfortable. Thank you very much.

I have heel and ankle pain when walking for any distance, probably plantar fasciitis I'm told. While the heel cups won't be able to solve this problem, they do help enormously in reducing the pain I get so I would definitely recommend.

I have a foot injury and suffer with heel pain. I tried lots of different insoles and heel pads over the years. This is the best one I have ever had. I will definitely be buying more again and probably will buy the whole shoe insole as well. For me it is a 10 out of 10.

Excellent fit and very comfortable to use. It eased my plantar fasciitis almost immediately.

The product is well made and fits my shoes and boots. There are no issue with the inserts slipping. The inserts have increased heel cushioning and reduced discomfort after walking. Not perfect for me but money well spent.

These are the best heel grips I have ever had! I suffer with bouts of very painful heel bursitis and, although many other brands of heel support are comfortable whilst wearing them, when the shoes are removed, the pain comes back with a vengeance.
