This replacement arrived in perfect condition and I’m enjoying the scent!

I have left 3 voice messages since receiving Lucia pine diffuser order #547985. Trying to twist off the top the black plastic underneath split and bottom half was stuck in the bottle’s neck. I couldn’t get it out with flat edge of screwdriver and wound up pushing it into the bottle which resulted in oil splashing out. I love how the bottle looks and the Pine scent however bottom of plastic cap is floating around 😕

I’m very happy with the scent of these Reed sets; I have never ever hard of “Douglas Pine”! Douglas Fir, yes, Douglas Pine, no! But the scent is very much a “Fir Tree” scent; soft and not over powering. I ordered the product on SALE, at half price, so I only took a chance on getting two. Now that I know the scent, I will order more if they go on SALE again next year! Delivery time was great, they were really well packaged and the little boxes will be cute to reuse.
